Full Medical Record Review & Case Gap Analysis
We organize the relevant medical records pertaining to your diagnosis into one digitized, HIPAA-compliant place and prepare a case summary to include:
Treatment history
Imaging and scans
Bloodwork and pathology
Genomic testing
You receive a streamlined case summary you can use anywhere.

Facilitate Advanced Genomic Testing (when clinically appropriate)
Somatic testing (tumor) — comprehensive genomic analysis of your cancer (whole exome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, and Whole Genome Sequencing - research use only)
Germline testing (inherited) — genomic analysis of your normal DNA
These genomic analyses support targeted therapy and clinical trial option identification
Note: somatic testing is dependent on tumor tissue availability.

Results, Reporting, and Interpretation
Reports from certified labs (CLIA-certified) provided back to you for sharing with your care team
Discussed with our navigation team and translated into plain language so you understand what the results mean for your care
You and your physician decide the treatment path

Military veterans
Active cancer diagnosis
Primarily solid tumors (brain and blood cancers evaluated for participation)
Patients with tumor tissue available for testing (from biopsy or surgery)
